Introduction:

The 4S/1P PCI CARD high performance serial I/O adapter provides 4 high performance 16C950 UART compatible serial ports as well as one IEEE1284 SPP/EPP/ECP parallel port. The card is fully PCI Plug-and-Play compatible and no IRQ and I/O address conflict problem in ISA bus.

With its external DB62-to-4xDB9M convertion cable, it only consumes one PCI slot. The high performance serial/parallel interface was adapted by the complete software drivers to work in most of the major operating systems.

Moreover, the 4S/1P PCI CARD’s UART provides a bigger FIFO size up to 128-byte. It’s much bigger than the 16C550 that available from the current market. The 4S/1P PCI CARD is an ideal connection for your PC to industrial serial/parallel applications.
